Wanna Cookie?

I don't know about where you are,
but the weather at Izzy & Ivy Designs Corporate Headquarters is
SNOWY!!
.
Winter has hit Utah Valley with a vengance. This is not a problem for me because I happen to like snow...in December.
Other months, like April, I don't like it so much.
.
Since we are snowed in, I decided that it is almost time for The Biggest Giveaway we've ever had.
(the first Giveaway we've ever had)
But first, I want to get the blog all prettied up.
.
If you are a store, or ecommerce site that carry our patterns-
send me a quick email so that I can include you in our list of
"Where to find us".
.
If you are one of our readers,-
leave us a comment letting us know what you'd like to know about Izzy & Ivy,
or what you'd like us to give away,
or...what your favorite snack is (random!)
.
Come back Monday, Dec 14th to enter the
Fantastic Giveaway-Orama!
.
now...pass me a cookie and the Hot Chocolate. It's cold outside!

  1. Ouuuu, the first brilliant comment :) HA! I am just a normal reader, so I guess these are some things I'd like to learn about Izzy & Ivy. I'd love to know more about the creative minds behind Izzy & Ivy- what motivates you, how you create, how you got started :). Then I'd love to hear what you want Izzy & Ivy to be 5 years down the road- I know that this one is filled with awesomeness!! And by the way, I think the blog is already darling :)

  2. Just wandering around my favorite online quilt shops and recognized a familiar face on the fatquarter blog! I knew it was worth the long drives out to Salem to Gracie Lou's for the talent, advice, and fun fabric. Good luck on your new venture!

  4. My question for you is... How did you get started in pattern design? What program do you use to design in?

  5. I am in LOVE with the Lola goes shopping pattern and I haven't been able to get to it yet. Is it bad to want to hurry through Christmas so I can make MYSELF a present?

  6. I have the same question as some above, such as how did you get involved in designing patterns? Also, I'm freezing to death....do you want my snow? I'm already tired of it!

  7. I would like to know how you guys got started? What inspires you when creating your designs. If you'll be creating fabric someday soon. When new patterns when be coming out. I saw your fun patterns at Gracie Lou's in Salem, UT my favorite quilt shoppe to buy from. Great giveaway maybe a huge combo pattern pack just in time for Christmas were you can pick your favorite 6 patterns. That would be an amazing prize. I love your creative minds. Keep up the fabulous work. I look forward to seeing what the New Year brings from Izzy and Ivy Designs. Maybe some cute boy patterns?

  8. Hi. Left our snow (and ice) behind when we moved from Nebraska to California. No more fear of falls from frozen steps!! Do love to look at newly fallen snow, before anyone walks in it - so beautiful. Favorite snack: mixture of raisins, peanuts and M&M's (equal parts). Now then, I would like that listing of where to buy your patterns, as my local stores do not carry them. So, any pattern would be a great give-away.
