  1. Love it! I can't wait to get the pattern. I have the perfect fabric (several, actually) in mind to make this purse!

  5. I bought Miss Petunia and would love to add a zipper on top and not as a pocket. Your zipper tut on the side refers to pocket zippers not top zippers.

    Ideas?

  6. anyone had a problem with this pattern? The strips 1-9 on the pattern seem mislabeled. If you do it how the pattern says (matching side A;s and B's) the top of the bag will come out staggered instead of a straight line. Is that correct? If anyone knows the answer I would love one. I can't sew the main bag together until I figure it out.

  7. Hi Reich family,
you have a "non-reply" email or I would have emailed you right back! The top of the bag is curved...it matches up with the lining. Make sure that you are matching the right side of one to the left side of 2. Please let me know if you have any other questions~

    1. I am also confused. You have in your pattern- From Fabric A (outer fabric) cut 1 each of pattern pieces 1-9. I see pattern pieces 1-4 & 1-4, please explain. Thank you!

  8. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it. Just fyi-on my pattern the right side of 1 is labeled B and the left side of 2 is labeled A- so that means I'm matching up A to B- but the pattern says to match A's to A's and B's to B's. Maybe it's a misprint. Thanks so much, can't wait to finish it- such a cute bag!

  9. I'm not quite understanding how to place the ruffles on this bag it says 1inch from top and end 1 inch from bottom, so when I place my ruffle it's right in the middle of the strip, is that right? And when I put the second piece over the ruffle am I supposed to line it up with the top of the ruffle or the matching side of the strip?? Thanks.
